At Cookies Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
